I'm looking to identify an OLD rpg that I played sometime in the mid 90's. I don't know the name of the game and, as memory 'doesn't' serve me well, I can only describe a few of the most memorable parts of it. Maybe someone in this big gang can help me.
Allright, here goes. One of the main antagonists in the game was a strange, elusive (read: generally invisible) "hearth gnome" like creature that inhabited homes and protected the occupants. There were several very funny animated cut scenes during the course of the game...one of which featured characters with celebrity voices (Jack Nicholson and I think Groucho). I don't recall if I ever finished this game and that's about all I can remember about it. I think the gist of the game was to release a village from a hex placed upon it. ?????
I thought it might have been an old Sierra game (I played more than a few of them back then) but I checked a list of them and didn't recognize any of them as being the one I'm thinking of. I think the key to this is the "hearth gnome". Thanks in Advance. LMPNCOF
