Looking for Title - Tank? Game

I got this game with a windows computer.
It was on a computer that had a new version of Loderunner LOL.
Definately early to mid ninties
It was like an upgraded Stellar 7/ racing game.
Pretended it was a cyberspace simulation.
Had a sexy silver cybergirl on opening screen.
All of the sound effects were in wav format,
so i used it as theme. Would appreciate the help?
