Candy game

Hi

Im searching a game.
In the game you play some kind of businessman.
You can buy some land to cultivate candies (yes, like you do with grain)
and sell them in other cities. Later you build a factory, where you convert your candies to other candies (i dont know which)

The goal is to earn money and do some political stuff in the cities.
You can get a mayor and president i guess.

I played the game 10 - 15 years ago. Would be nice, if someone knows the name.

Cultivating candy... The first game that comes to my mind is Transport Tycoon Deluxe (http://www.abandonia.com/en/games/240/Transport+Tycoon+Deluxe+for+Windows.html), although the main aim is transporting candy, not growing it. Otherwise it fits the description pretty closely.

Even the political stuff partially matches: you can bribe city authorities and sign exclusive contracts. You cannot become mayor of a city, but "President" is the second highest rank you can achieve.

The game idea is ... yea ... somekind special ^^

But it is not Transport Tycoon. I play it by myself, so im absolutly sure.
