3-dish Airplane Shooter

Came out in the early to mid 90's I think (but it easily could have been late 80's)

Anyways, I never owned the game, but I played it at my friends house lots.

You could play up to 2 players, and it was Military style setting. When you got shot, the borders around the screen flipped through multiple colors.

Heck, I remember part of the game had the pilots, and I remember one of them had a really huge...aka Tom Selleck like mustache.

thanks for the list, but I didn't see it there.

The more I think about it, it was probably a WWII shooter, although it could have been set later. I found a game similar to it A-10 Tank Killer (http://www.lemonamiga.com/?mainurl=http%3A//www.lemonamiga.com/games/details.php%3Fid%3D21), however, it is not that game, but the graphics remind me of it somewhat.


The plane definetly had the windshield for firing missiles on the dashboard (as seen in this game, not many had it on the games you posted David86.


And the only one that kinda reminded me of it was the first one you had posted, B-17....

nope, none of those, but I am going to say however, that the game is more dated then I remember I guess. The graphics weren't as good as the ones as in say Strike Commander.

I'm going to say.....most likely.

But at the same time, It was like 15 years ago I played this game, and I mean, I was like 4. I played it with another guy (who was like 10, he was a neighbor who I have since lost all contact with) on his PC.

I remember playing it in the early 90's. The graphics weren't overally great, but weren't overally bad anyway. The game didn't take up the entire screen because (as I said, when you got shot, the outside border starting flashing colors).

It was the first time I ever remember seeing it.

That game is damn close, graphics wise and whatnot, but I think it was a little bit better then that.

And thanks for that list again David, those Strike Eagle games look quite familiar, but I still don't think it is them.

However, I do remember that it infact was not a Stealth Fighter if that helps narrow down any searches.

No flashing borders that I can remember (although you could shrink down the view so it didn't fill the entire screen). It did feature pilots when at base, and one of the planes, the typhoon, had anti-tank rockets.
