Im looking for a game, its probably fairly old now, and i think it's based off a movie, but im not sure.
It's a game where you wake up with total memory loss, and you have some form of lobal implant in your ear. A man talks to you through this implant and he tells you to do things throughout the game.
I can only really remember the beginning, but im sure its based off a movie where you wake up with memory loss and an ear implant.
Any ideas? please and thank you.

Sounds very similar to Countdown (http://www.abandonia.com/games/en/298/Countdown.htm).

[/b]much appreciated, but thats not the game im lookign for.
The game i played, you definitley have a lobal ear implant, and the game is a little more 3-dimensional than that. Also theres no bar at the top

Deja Vu:A Nightmare Comes True (http://www.answers.com/topic/deja-vu-a-nightmare-comes-true-1)? Or the sequel, Deja Vu II:Lost In Las Vegas (http://www.answers.com/topic/deja-vu-ii-lost-in-las-vegas-1)? Seem to match your description reasonably well.
EDIT:Actually that's probably wrong, could it be Dark Seed (http://www.abandonia.com/games/en/420/Darkseed.htm)? No memory loss I know, but there's an implant involved.

I've already tried all of those games.
I'm sure you wake up in some sort of lab or something at the begining of the game, i dont THINK it has anything to do with aliens, and its definitley not dark seed.
Deja Vu series was my initial reaction but the game looks nothing like that.

In this case the game you are looking for is too new for this site and even if its not, its too big. Its Midnight Nowhere, circa 2004. Do a google to see some screenshots.

That's definitley not it. This game was released mabye mid 90s, or possibly even earlier.

I'm having a big problem trying to find this one mainly because the bit about the voice in your ear telling you what to do keeps reminding me of Manhunt. I'm gonna keep looking though.

Check Robot City
P.S: And Manhunt series is not mid-90s or even early-90s.

Ahh yes. Another World is one of the best classic point and click adventure games to this day, with that gripping voice acting and all.
On a wild guess, i'm thinking Shadowrun, but that's not quite point and click, but to "memory loss" and waking up somewhere that's the first thing that comes to mind.

It might be Bioforge:
It's 2D-3D - characters are in 3D.
It's also an adventure game.
You are a cyborg - with lots of implants.
You have memory loss.
You wake up in a lab/jail.
It was released in the mid 90s.
Still, it might not be that, but it seems a close match. Otherwise it fits no game I know if

I still can't find it. I've searched the entire database.
I'm pretty sure this was a movie too. In fact it definitley was a movie, about a guy who wakes up in this dark room and he's got some sort of implant in his ear and this guy is talking to him giving loads of instructions of things he has to do.

THAT reminds me of Total Recall (http://www.mobygames.com/game/total-recall)! But that's neither point-and-click nor ever released for PC! LOL

Dang, I've heard so much about that game, I'd absolutely LOVE to get my little hands on it.
Sorry 'bout the off topic by the way :)
EDIT: I just had a flash of inspiration, it sounds like it might be Bloodnet (http://www.abandonia.com/games/en/201/BloodNet.htm), it seems to have most of the elements you mentioned...
