Okay, I remember playing a Desert Storm game on a CD-Rom collection of games called "House of Games: Windows 95", made by a company called Romsoft. I remember that when the game started up, you saw Sadaam's face right on the title screen, and he grinned at you. The game itself had you manage the air campaign of the war, so you had to give orders to certain units to attack certain parts of the enemy infastructure. You could also send out Cruise missiles to hit targets, along with Nuclear Balistic Missiles, but that just made the president mad at you. I don't really remember anything else about the game. I have yet to find any game that could possibly be this one.

I don't belive Romsoft ever published a game for an IBMC.
as for a game that would be like it, try one of the flight commander games (http://www.the-underdogs.info/game.php?name=Flight+Commander+2) - it focuses on aerial warefare and has a desert storm campaign.

I should mention that Romsoft didn't actually make the games on the disk. In case this helps anyone, the case of the "House of Games" disk showed a bizzarre comic-book style drawing of a muscleman throwing a CD-ROM though a brick wall.

It's the same guy! The back of the case appears to have the same text as the one that I had, although different images. I guess the House of Games I had is a previous version of the one shown here. I wonder what company "Gradient" is.

I found another version of it, here (http://auctions.yahoo.com/i:The%20House%20of%20Games%20CD-ROM%20for%20Windows%2095:100408484).

And something called, "House of Games II", here (http://www.eeestore.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3179&osCsid=566c76d7e71627ce196c20d79034859b)
