ntelliCreations was a company born from the post-bankruptcy assets of Datasoft, Inc.

Samuel L. Poole and Ted Hoffman were executives at Datasoft when the company became distressed. They purchased the Datasoft assets (including the Datasoft name) and renamed the company IntelliCreations.
