Dream Team: 3 on 3 Challenge is a good sports game made by Data East. It is very similar to Jordan vs. Bird (made by Electronic Arts). At the beginning there’s a menu for setting up the video card, controls and sound (internal speaker). Don't expect very much. You can create a team with one, two or three men and then you will have to choose beween three modes: practice, demonstration or tournament.

You can play this game with the keyboard or the keypad and the player's controls are very generic. The method to control the ball is a little bit intuitive. Just like the name says, the game is a simulation of a 3-on-3 Basketball game, which is played on half of a normal basketball court. It’s different from other sports games made by Data East because it offers many strategic options that should please the fans of this genre. It also includes a playbook, full player statistics, and the rules of the real game (for example, in the street game mode of 3-on-3 basketball the time of each quarter is 20 minutes).

In Dream Team: 3 on 3 Challenge you can move, pass, shoot the ball and control the power with ease. You can play it alone or with a friend as the game also offers a "team-mates" mode, in which two players can play in the same team against the computer or play one against the other.
Overall, Dream Team is a very enjoyable game. It may not have the atmosphere of a live match, but it is a great choice for anyone looking for a game to spend some free time, and because it's so funny and relaxing, I give it 4 stars.
