VDMSound won't work with Windows 98. It only works for NT compatible (Like XP or 2k) Windows.

I downloaded that windows verson posted by jjxb and it worked with out hasl thanks jjxb!

don't know what you think about it, but as i got problems running abuse in dosbox and vdms myself (it's just too fast), i would recommend to host the version jjxb suggests in his post on abandonia. naturally only if that's possible.
