First thanks guys for answering our questions..u guys are lucky to know that much about this stuff
So here we go, i got Dosbox and VDSM, just downloaded gemfire can't get it to work..i dont really know witch files to extract ,i tried KOEI.COM i wont even open or i get a black screen and comes back to normal and with MAIN.EXE black screen and a msg saying ''File not Opened D:moushoud.net'' or sum like that..i was able though to make Genghis Khan 2 to work but with no sound Thanks agin guys and continu ur good work k: |

Try D-Fend frontend for dosbox. it helps quite a bit

ok extract all of them thats a good start..and once they are all extracted what do you do..they are on a folder of my desktop..then which one do you open?

Don't put them in a folder on your desktop, but in a folder in your oldgames directory (the one you mount in DosBox as the C drive)
As for which files to run - try those with extensions EXE, COM and BAT. However, it is not advised to try running the games under Windows. DosBox is preferable. |
