Umm... I didn't understand the question, actually. Jaggernaut is too common word, as this death chariot was commonly accepted by Western culture as symbol of some unstoppable mechanical force, so jaggernauts are all around - from a spaceships to a fantasy contraptions.

Well, it's fictional character (double fictional - mentioned in the fiction from the Through the Looking Glass. In Russian it translated at least twice, first as 'Бармаглот' (Barmaglot) and second as 'Умзар' (Umzar). First translate in general is much better, as you could guess.

Not exactly. I am too close to the source, so here it's cold and very fast. It's not very enjoyable when after two seconds you are ten metres down the point where you started.
