We can understand that someone is new here and they don't exactly get this whole "English" thing yet.

However, that doesn't excuse the fact that after received prior warnings on account of asking for warez and posting links to warez sites, Eugene not only chose to disregard them, but also attempted to argue that the rules he was breaking should not apply (a very, VERY bad idea).

We can only hope he gets the point this time.
