How does the monthly donations work?

I clicked on donate, ticked the monthly option, and pay via paypal.

However, I don't think paypal has a feature/option to automatically pay monthly? Or does abandonia automatically do the monthly request... or is it like direct-debit o.O ?

Well, I also do not think PayPal has a monthly payment option, periodic.

Generally, on sites like Dropbox and CheatHappens.com they accept annual and monthly payment, but I do not believe the payment is via PayPal.

It must be the same thing on Abandonia. You will donate through PayPal, but in this case the payment should be manual rather than automatic.

I was wrong. I have verified in my PayPal account that it is possible to have regular monthly or annual payments via PayPal.
