Here's the next update schedule:

On Saturday, were gonna take over the airport.
On Sunday, were gonna look into the Gun-shop's website and consider buying new equipment.
And on Monday, were gonna take back the rest of the Drassen.

Will we get much choice in our equipment?

How much cash do you have to waste spend wisely on our equipment?

We will look into that later. I've noticed that after things start get rolling, there's lots of money to be spend, provided that you dont have huge merc-army requesting paychecks.

Oh, and gun-shopping will be considered after we have liberated Drassen and get the first gold-mine.

I got tired of constant "Turn ends, everyone shoots, no damage" stlye, so I switched it. Its now more different and seamless. Enjoy.


Panic at the Airport

The last leg to the airport was uneventful. However...
Eyuil: Commander, I request to speak with you
Chosen: Go ahead
Eyuil: I think we should rest up some more before we attack. I think some of our men are bit *yawn* tired after marcing all day
Chosen looks at everyone else. Tomekk is still standing tall like a soldier he is. Same goes with Panther. Fubbles is looking around nervously. Ira does show some signs of beign tired.
Chosen: They look fine to me, Doctor.
Eyuil: Okay, maybe they do, but at least I could use a rest.
Chosen: Get back in your position. We will have our rest after the combat.
Eyuil slows down his pace and continues to walk normally next to Tomekk
Tomekk: Tired Doctor?
Eyuil: I've gotten used to the civilian life after the war. Long patrols, staying awake longer....
Tomekk: Yeah. I know what you're talking

Then, past midnight, the group has arrived at the airport.
Chosen: Alright people. Its showtime. Remember that the area is fenced, so the first thing we do is to get to the other side. We then split up, look around the buildings and take down all the hostiles. Finally, we will approach the guard-booths at the gateway. They never expect an attack from the inside. Keep in mind that there are several civilians in the area, so dont go trigger happy.


Team approaches the fence. Tomekk pulls out the wire cutters he picked up in Omerta and cuts a hole. Team splits into two groups (Chosen, Tomekk, Ira & Fubbles, Panther, Eyuil) and go around the wooden fence,


Panther takes a peek at the corner and spots someone standing at the hagnar. He motions Chosen's team to approach.


Three soldiers approach and Chosen enters the hagnar. He spots a man who's looking inside a wooden box
Chosen: Halt. Dont move or I'l fill back of your head with lead
Man lifts his arms up as far as he can
Man: Aaaah! Dont shoot dont shoot! Im just a regular working person!
Chosen: Turn around. Who are you?
Man: *turns around* Im Pablo Greco. I run cargo deparment at airport! Please dont kill me! I got kids to feed!
Chosen: *while lowering his gun* Are you one of the Diedranna's soldiers?
Pablo: No! I told you. I just work here. They're all around the airport though.
Chosen: Well, dont worry. They aint gonna stick around for while.
Chosen motions everyone else to move.
Pablo: Whatever. Personally, I don't care who wins this war. I just want no more shooting near the airport.
He then turns back to his work. Chosen mumbles "bastard" and follows Ira and Tomekk to the nearby satellites.
Chosen: Seen anything?
Tomekk: Ira thinks he saw someone near that plane. Im not so sure.
[i]Chosen, who's more experienced in night combat, peers into darkness and see's a man standing near the plane.
Chosen: Yup. He's there.
Ira: Can you take him out?
Chosen: Its quite a longshot
Suddenly, all the lights inside the airport are turned on, lighting up pretty much everything. Pablo can be heard shouting from the distance.
Pablo: Sorry, my fault


The guy near the plane spots Chosen's party and starts firing. Tomekk answers to this with his shotgun. Two shots send the soldier flying backwards and killing him.


Chosen approaches the plane and gets shot at by another guy. Chosen lies down in the grass but the guy immediatly takes cover.
Chosen: Tomekk, lure this guy out!
Tomekk runs at the plane like a tiger, yelling a warcry. The guy seems to panic, as he jumps out from his cover and begins to fire Tomekk. Chosen fires twice and takes him out.


Meanwhile, the second team led by Panther approach the main gate. Panther takes splits from the team and takes cover from the other side. He immediatly spots several guards hanging near the booths.


Panther spots Tomekk standing next to the fence. He motions that he's going to go through it and make a surprise attack. Panther motions this to Eyuil and Fubbles. Chosen approaches Panthers location. Everyone prepares for attack.
Tomekk makes the hole in fence and approaches the guards. Then...
*SNAP*
There's a loud snap when he steps on a branch. Panther notices how all the guards turn at Tomekk's direction and start firing. Tomekk is hit couple of times. He fires his shotgun and hits, but doesnt manage to kill anyone.


Panther gives a sign and he and Fubbles start firing. They both hit, but dont manage to kill.


Suddenly, one of the female soldiers lets out a fierce battlecry and runs towards Fubbles. Fubbles takes her out easily, scoring his first kill.


Elyuil gets closer to one of the booths so he could get better shot. Guards fire at him, but the booth covers him quite nicely.
Panther takes deep breath and fires at soldier firing at Tomekk. Headshot takes him out instans.


Soldiers still keep firing Tomekk. He gets hit again.
Tomekk: Urgh...is it getting dark to you guys..
He then drops in to the ground.
Panther: Goddammit!
Panther, Fubbles and Elyuil fire. Panther takes Tomekk's shooter down and Elyuil takes one of those nearby the left-most booth. Fubbles hits one guy too, but doesnt manage to take him out.

After staying in cover from enemy fire, Panther takes out final guy who's pointing his gun at Tomekk. He then pulls out a medkit and runs towards Tomekk, deciding to safe his life.


Chosen finally gets into scene and fires. He, Elyuil and Fubbles take out the two last hostiles and bring end to this conflict (with Elyuil and Fubbles firing the finishing shots.

Notes: Chosen is actually pretty weak on health and strenght, so it takes sometime for him to get in the battle.
I thought Tomekk could handle it. I was wrong.
Everyone worked great this time. I didnt use Ira, because frankly, she's not very useful in combat.
Fubbles and Elyuil got shot in this battle too. After this was over, they patched their own wounds. Nothing serious.

Chosen runs towards Panther, who's patching up Tomekk's wounds.
Chosen: Is he gonna make it?
Panther: I've stopped the bleeding and took care of more serious wounds. Im no expert on this like our good doctor, but I'd say we need to take some time to heal his wounds.
Suddenly, Tomekk comes back to life and he grabs Chosen by the armor
Tomekk: You go on without me boss. I'l stick around and join you later when my wounds are fine.
Chosen: Not a change. Doctor! Ira! Put him up back in fighting condition. You might be a bullet magnet Tomekk, but we still need your shotgun.

Team will spend next next hours patching up Tomekk. Although Fubbles and Elyuil are wounded too, they're not serious and will heal on their own. Chosen and Panther will meanwhile patch up our items. Fubbles will, well, fool around. When we will come back, we take more closer look at the airport and then continue our fighting.

Intermission: Shopping time

As Fubbles had nothing to do, he was given Chosen's laptop so he could go to internet. However, he managed to find out something interesting and calls Chosen to check it out.
Turns out Fubbles had found an online shop: Bobby Ray's Guns and Things



So, here is the current available stuff. Notice that while the game continues, more different stuff goes on sale. Also, some merchandise might not be available at sometimes. I try to keep the list up-to-date.
Again, you are in position of deciding what guns and armor and special objects you want. Remember, be reasonable. We dont have infinite bajillion dollars to use and Im not going to buy everyone Punisher-arsenals. And again: I WILL NOT GOING TO CHEAT BY GIVING US MONEY OR SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT.
Not only the purchases cost, but so do delivery.
NOTE: Some objects like medkits, ammo and repair kits dont count as your personal shopping. These will be brought whenever we need some.

ATTENTION: Right now, we are low on cash and we cant buy any extra equipment. However, this doent mean you cant plan ahead. After we have captured our first mine, then we can consider. After that, shopping is pretty easy

I'm quite happy with my current equipment (the UMP.45 is quite good, I have fond memories of using it in Counterstrike...), until we can get some proper rifles.

However, a few bits of additional kit might be useful, when we have the cash (spend it on others first though!).

A locksmiths kit, first aid kit, backpack, wirecutters and knife would be nice.

*Fubb walks around the airport and checks out the houses there, while walking by one he notices something really weird inside, he sees a man tied on a chair and a dark figure standing infront of him. Fubb opens the door carefully and listens*

*slap*
Dark figure:It's alot easier if you would just give me the information i need.
Man: Never!
*slap*
Dark figure: I am really getting tired of this...
*Dark figure takes out knife and cuts off the mans finger who's tied up*
*Screaming*
*Fubb feels little sick and goes to Chosen*
Fubb: Chosen, someones torturing someone in that house.
*chosen stands up and walk towards the house, when he reached the house he opened door and saw man with cutted throat, he has Dieadrannas soldier written all over him*
Chosen: What happened here?
Fubb: Someone tortured him, I din't hear why but it seems he got the info..

Dun Dun Duuuuun!

Panther: Im not sure If you really need a lockpicks or wire cutters. We already have one wire cutters, and unless we split and face multiple fences, we dont need seconds. As for lockpicks, Tomekk is our lockpick expert and will take care of these, unless we split up for some reason. So are you sure about this?

Also, which knife you would be interested? If you really want to have lockpicks with you, I'd choose the swiss army knife (not to mention how tacky story-element/MacGyver references I could make). It would fit in the character too.
