it says: you have to fight enemies until you have 12 energy points (energy drinks drop from them, so 12 health i guess)

then you need to turn to shadow by holding shift and pressing left and right keys repetitively, after that go up and to the right...

Finished, little review:

Im a little disappointed by this game, the "new" jumping and combat system is not precise like in the first game, and that make the game too much frustrating. For all the rest, graphics, sound, story and level design, this sequel beat his predecessor.
