Thanks for helping, but I don't think it was Hungry Red Planet. I don't recall having the ability to build green farms and ranches (the greenhouse could have had green colored artwork, but I'm not sure) and shipping the food to Earth. The game I remember focused more on keeping the colony alive rather than learning about how to eat healthily.
