They may not be a major game developer anymore but they are far from deceased and they still own the rights to their games.

A little research actually seems to show that they do not own the rights to their games anymore, but ANOTHER company does, therefore I'd assume it's not okay to host Re-Volt.

A lot of those titles are being re released, I've seen little cardboard boxes of Vex for $9.99 that seem to be new.

I'm just saying we should be careful, because it's not clear what they ARE re releasing and what they're not, because they obviously have the legal ability to put these games back into print and they have done so with some of them.

Besides, they couldn't list the entirety of Acclaim Entertainment's games as theirs without have the right to.

They want to publish a newer version or even a "Re-Volt 2", but till a clear announcement we have no motive to remove it (except they contact us).
