Smile 2 Arcade fighters (One Taekwondo like, the other with Weapons)

Wassup friends!

My first post was also an identification request, which was quickly answered

and here comes my second post D:

The first game:
# An Arcade fighter
# Players took quite a big portion of the screen
# There was no ring or anything
# You do not choose a character
# ALL the opponents -and the player- wore Taekwondo-like suits (very roomy legs), only the colors changed
# The referee looks like this guy → http://images.wikia.com/snk/images/b/b7/Kuroko_ss6.jpg
## The strategy was basically pressing a direction and spamming the attack, each opponent had a weakness (eg. up+attack will do some sort of overhead-leg-attack that might work with one opponent but not the next, ..etc)

The second game:
# Another arcade fighter
# You choose from a variety of players, each with his own unique weapon
# Weapons ranged from ancient to chainsaw
# I recall a 'big guy' with a hatchet/axe, and a bald thin dude with a big chainsaw
# There were one-hit finishers (much like 'destroyed' in Guilty Gear)
# It had beheading

Both are at least 10 years old.
Thanks in advance!

Not entirely sure of this one, don't remember beheading in it but could it be Savage Warriors?

Thanks for trying to help!

But the game had way much better graphics (I'm pretty certain it was arcade only), and the HUD is your typically typical fighter-hud.
