The lack of CPU and such for yoga though means most probably Oblivion would not work for him most probably, but my vote goes on the "try it before buying" for a maybe.

The 210 may be DX11 compliant, but it has the innards of a card equivalent of a Radeon 9600, which was my previous card. It struggled with Oblivion even on medium, and FO3 was out of the question due to shaders. I may have 500 MB on board, but the architecture is anything but satisfactional for new games, which yoga wants to play. And yes, the Sempron is seriously lacking power for anything post Oblivion. That is what I had before I switched to an X2.

What's called Fallout 3 today is essentially a franchise reboot made by different developer using a different genre etc.

Yeah and everything I have read about Van Buren makes me glad it got killed. Fallout 3 was an epic game, very well done and a blast to play I would put it above the other Fallouts but nostalgia makes me think way to kindly about 2 so they end up being equal.

Yeah cause by being on this site we must all hate new games no matter what. If you don't like Fallout 3 that is your opinion, I do and I have good reasons for why I think it is better than the other Fallouts including New Vegas. I like games no matter when they came out, I judge them on themselves and what they are like. If an old game is better it is better if a new one is then it is. I don't pretend that all new games are bad nor that all old ones are good. Games are games and should be enjoyed.

To play devil's advocate: if every opinion is equal, then how about: "Who would listen to those old farts like Mozart, Händel, Vivaldi or this Chow-Pain, whaddayacall that French fagg0t? Rap is teh shit, man! Music is music and should be enjoyed, right?"

I really have no clue what you are on about, my post would be more "Man I like some good music doesn't matter if it is some Mozart or current Rap, people should like what they like no matter when it was made". I never looked down on you for not liking Fallout 3, I expressed my opinion that the ideas presented for Van Buren were bad and that I thought that Fallout 3 was a good game. You could have ignored the post or said why you didn't like Fallout 3 and we could have actually talked about the good points and bad points. Instead you went on the "People who like old games here are being looked down on" route.

And I have more than just Like it or Hate it and I would like it if you stopped trying to lump me into insulting groups. Doubly so because you know little to nothing about who I am and what I like in games or life.

I don't get this, really. I didn't like the idea of a Beth Fallout either, but then I actually went and played it. It was Fallout all right, just from a different viewpoint. New Vegas even more so, with so many things tieing in to FO2. You are the guy in the wasteland, you have your guns, you have the VATS, you have the random encounters and secrets, and the general feel of the old Fallout games. It is fallout, just the next generation.

I love the first two, they deserve their place in the hallowed hall of fame with the others, but FO3 and New Vegas were worthy successors, too. As for Van Buren (and the FO MMO), what's left of Interplay is so deep in the gutters, that I wouldn't even trust them to create a working toilet paper roll.

Yes, i know that if my HDD (160 GB) is busy and working all the time this means that my RAM is insufficient and the PC is forced to grab some memory from HDD.
