Hi guys,
Can you tell me a program that can turn MIDI to WAVS and WAVE to MIDI. Help would be really appreciated. |

There is this program, Intelliscore, but it only works on classical music parts, and you must buy it... :/

Is it possible to turn wave to midi?
I'm used to think that wasn't possible... well today i learned something new!

In a way that a program can detect notes, yes it's possible. For example there was an old dos program that displayed a keyboard on the screen, and when you held a microphone near your keyboard while you were playing, you could see the notes on the screen.
but... midi is limited off course, and it will convert to only midi instruments. |

For MIDI to WAV conversion, all you need is a MIDI compatibile player software and output recording software. By output recording software I mean a program that will capture and record every SPU input into a file on your HDD - did that a few times myself.
As for WAV to midi - I'm interested in that as well. BTW, does any of you know of MIDI tools that can view the notation? I need it for one of these "make-your-own-ringtone" things in my mother's cellphone.
