Ark of Time
Adventure game. Publisher: (International Computer Entertainment Ltd.) and developer (Trecision) aren't ESA members. Only used copies at Amazon.

Published by International Computer Entertainment Ltd. (Not ESA member) Developed by Trecision S.P.A (Not ESA member) Our Oldwarez list says that it's protected because it was published & Developed by Interplay Entertainment Corp. (ESA member, 10 years of protection) However the protection period ended this year. Only a used copy at Amazon. I would say that it is Abandonware.
