Lulz, _r.u.s.s. - those are cards for the CCG the computer game is based on!
Publisher = Microprose => ESA subsidiary => 10 years of active protection. Out of active ESA protection now. Unfortunately: 1, 2, 3 and 4 separate listings on Amazon.

The PC Magic: The Gathering game was deemed Abandonware a loooong time ago... But unfortunately the file size is way, way too big for Abandonia to host it.

Was more around 370ish megs, but it would be nice to have a ripped down version on the site.

Magic the Gathering
Hey man, I love what you guys do for this site and everyone who uses it. But may I give a suggestion for a new game to be added?
Magic the Gathering (microprose, 1997) Why? For these reasons: 1. I can't find it for sale at any legitmate online site (downloads only, nobody sells the pc cd game hardcopy) 2. Abandonware, as I would define it from my experience with this site, is software that is not being bought or sold. Am I wrong? 3. I conclude this game is abandonware because all the people holding copyrights to it could care less about selling it, so why don't we (and i mean you admins, really ) offer it for free? |
