Sure, only about 1/2 the screen is used as play area, but the sheer freedom and interaction between the characters and their environments make U6 practiacally one of a kind even by today's standards.

Hi folks. Zephyr from the U6 Project here, sending out a call for help. We need Dungeon Siege modders, skritters, and portrait artists to help finish the Ultima VI remake. If you think you've got the skills, check out our website and drop me a line.

You can get it on Amazon.com.

If you look on eBay, you can probably find it there too.

I currently have all the games involving Ultima 1 to the last game made by Origins, not counting the online Ultima games. I have yet to load them or play them but hearing how good they are, I might try them. :w00t:

Really? Do you have Akalabeth too? It was a predecessor to the Ultima series that started them.

Not that hard to do. Origin Systems issued most of them in a pair of collections, a few years back. Aklabeth was in the earlier collection.

I must be kinda stupid, but i don't understand how to use spells after you've bought them. I buy the spell and then there is a scroll in my inventory, but how do I get it into my spellbook?!

Can someone help me?

Just take the scroll and place it inside the spellbook. It's the same as if you would place an item in a container like bag, the spellbook is a container where you place scrolls, just that you can't remove them from the book once they're inside.
