I actually got thru all stages of the version I got off this site (used the cheat listed above). There are only about 6 stages & unfortunately none seem to involve dogfighting other aircraft - it's all island/ship attacking.

Radar does n ot work. Also had same DLL prob with Win 98, but not with XP on laptop.

:blink: So youre saying that the remake only has six levels? Havent gotten around to play it yet. But still this is THE best game that ever existed for the amiga.

i cant play it. it says d3d9.dll file is missing. it tried it on a win98 and xp os, it says reinstalling may solve problem but i installed it 5 times already

This remake is a very bad one. The best wayto have fun with WoF is playing the amiga version with an emulator.

This remake is awesome!! But it has a problem: enemy planes don't take off, they just remain still on the carrier. Do anybody know how to solve this problem??

That feature hasn't been implemented yet.
It might be quite a while before the game's updated too, as the creator has to redesign the game from scratch
