Like here in Sweden, we don't just compeat with fastfood, but with real resturants.. Especially the once around lunch-time, and not only with price, but with quality food...

aye its free choice, but the government can decide it doesnt want advertising of junk food -at all- if it feels like it. they have to fund the health service that deals with all the obese and heart diseased people. it can also (if it ever felt so generous) demand that mcd's managers get sent to jail if they fail to ensure safety/hygiene or fiddle with the wages of the workers. or make ronald mcdonald wear a hat that says "clowns are evil"

Dono about the american part, but in sweden; McDonalds are used as a rolemodel by health/safetly-department when it comes to safe food.
We take samples of everything once every month and send to a lab, and does our own chkup of core-temperatures and hygeene 3 times / day.. atleast...
That includes that frozen goods may NEVER EVER reach ABOVE -16* C, and never above +6* C of things we store in coolstorage-rooms.

It's serious buisness, and we never even try to manipulate our food, just bc it's not within the limitations.
Anything that hits the floor, we don't even touch. It has to be picked up with a tool.

heeehee but sweden is a LOT different than usa or uk. i bet you dont even spit in the burgers!
here they play hockey puck with frozen burgers (im not joking) then cook them. also they have codewords for spitting in cops burgers, or rude customers food. dont even get me started about the people who get caught jerking off into the salad.

LOL.. would never happen here, no...

Here isn't not like tha whorst job you can get in any way.. so it has quite higher status, and is a realy good refference to give when looking for another job.
