Caramba! I did this boring Paranoia quest in Skingrad.
Some crazy Elf wanted to know some info about 3 citizens. They all were innocent. When I reported this fact this little stupid one did not pay me for info but attacked me suddenly..

Well, i will cont. with some vampire problem in Imp. city and then will join Mages Guild. I want to reach lvl 10 asap.

Pffft my character has hundreds of thousands of gold. Also if you close a gate that gate does stay closed...but another one opens as I said. It just opens somewhere else.

Yeah the gate closed at Kvatch but another one opened up some where else. I don't know how many more times I can explain this...until you finish the main storyline gates will keep opening as you close them. Just because you closed one story based gate and got some praise doesn't mean it didn't appear somewhere else or that the others wont as well. This is all part of the game, so players don't run out of gates to enter for the goodies that can be found inside.

I know that 16 O.gates are presented in the games and they seems to be tools for invasion of the evil in peaceful Tamriel?
Would be so kind answer me one question?
But if You think my Q is cheating do not do it:
- How the protagonist may re charge his discharged weapon?

I believe you need to use a full soul gem on them to recharge them. If not then you need to find a mage at a mage guild who sells the recharging of items.

Soulgems or Ayleid Crystals. Actually I think Oblivion only lets you recharge your items with Ayleid Crystals but not 100% Sure. And exactly because of those annoying gates is that you don't go to Kvatch until you did everything else your little heart desired. They don't start opening until you start the main storyline. Not to mention that with the corrected leveled lists, your 2nd level character would get squashed by the defenders of the story gate anyway >.>
