'Het goddelijk moster' by Tom Lanoye, a Belgian writer
I don't know if the book has been translated to English (some of Lanoye's work has) but the title translates to 'The Divine Monster' and it's the first in a series of 3. It's a weird literary thriller that reminds me a lot of the series Twin Peaks. |

You read Da Vinci's code for school? You're going to some school where they teach you how to write bestsellers or something? :P

Some cartoon porn jokes thingy from the '70s we found in dad's closet. 's Nothing porn to it, but it's all jokes 'bout managers and their secretaries, dressing up as horses, the guy being the far end of the horse, military jokes, etc. Kid bro and I don't get half of them, as they're sometimes so far-fetched. The other half of the time, we're laughing our behind off on how ridiculously out-of-date everything is, and sometimes with the actual joke.
Aside from that, I'm waiting to be able to get the new one from One Piece, which's been translated, and some more by Terry Pratchett. Until then, it'll be those cartoon books from dad's closet and this Linux basic course (need it for my interm job) |

I'm taking an english literature course, where we have to read at least one book from each category that the teacher made. Each category is a certain era, from 1500 - present day. I'm reading Clockwork Orange for that same course. |

Bitten through "The Vampire Genevieve" by Jack Yeovil - a real fine piece of reading, that.
Got through Jacek Piekara's "Servant of God", "Hammer of the Witches" and "Sword of Angels". Not bad, not half damn bad. Currently making my way through "The Vampire Sextette" anthology. Not sure what I'll tackle next, got a real large menu to choose from. |

As always - Terry Pratchett. And i have just finished "Harry Potter and the half-blood prince" It was much better than "The order of the phoenix", don't you think?
