I am actually planning on starting the Ultima series from the beginning (bad idea?) though I was temped to start here. Wish me luck!

Not this but, but Ultima III brought back good memories. It was my game and computer but my father in law and I would play this game late into the night for many of a weekend. He would play and I would watch. He was engrossed in it. Was always exciting finding a + something weapon or armour. I am not sure but I think we did finish it. I bought IV and V also but they were more involved and didn't really get into them.

My step dad, not father in law, wasn't married when I was a kid!
