OK. I agree that is simply useless - and doesn't even look that good.

But - that's Picard's own smiley. Some other members have their own: like :Tom: , , :Titan: ...

And while on the subject - I really like but it's not used often enough. I also like using whenever I get a chance (mostly because it's not on the site - and not many people use smileys other then the ones we have listed).

I rember a time Fawfulfury wanted him and me to have our own smileys too, but I showed a lack of enthusiasm (that's a grat quote Picard) and most of the members didn't really care much about it, so...
