Well then that's something that could be used against him. There're two options though I think - one is threaten him with the fact of the sold game and ESA, after which he probably will just remove the game from the site to be safe. The other option would be to bring the wrath of ESA down on his head, which is a little like a dagger in the unsuspecting back. Not that he didn't deserve it, but still...

We cannot use that to threaten him to remove the reviews he stole, nor would that prevent him from doing so again.

We can, however, use it to report him to ESA who will promptly shut down the entire place, at least for a while if not permamently.
From what I see, he's been stealing reviews from multiple sites and apparently has been also leeching their bandwidth (HOTU's, in particular, but I wouldn't be surprised if a certain "source" of his has been Abandonia).

He deserves being shut down.

Ondrej Muncinsky is well-known in the abandonware scene. He has been leeching games from every and any abandonware site (and also a ton of warez sites) for several years - and have managed to make himself quite a fortune that way.

There's not a single webmaster that hasn't tried to shut him down one way or another, but no-one has ever succeeded.

Heck, I've even called ESA and a lot of big companies on his behind, but his site is still running and still stealing.

Calling his ISP (or whatever it is called) also does not help, as he doesn't actually need bandwidth (due to him leeching bandwith of other sites) - so he can just register for a low cost domain and refer his site url anytime he want to, and continue to leech, steal and rob. :not_ok:
