If anyone else is experiencing problems with the game, try the following:

Move the game to C:\

[Data]

or mount the location to C in dosbox (that's a neat future of mount

you can do mount c d:\

and the game will think that is on C

how do i get the piggie to drink the test ease stuff?

First, you don't give it the test-ease, yuo give it the other one, Hog-wild or something, and you just say "Give Hog-Wild to pig".
