Something doesn't seem right with that BIN/CUE file size. The install folder is 12.8MB, and the CD reads as 14.3MB in the drive. Is something missing from the linked one, or was it somehow compressed?

It's compressed with WinRAR. Bin/cue uncompressed is 17,2 Mb.

Oh, does the game need box scans and such? As I said in another thread, I own the game, and have the CD, box and whatnot. So if it's going to be added to the site, I can contribute those things if they're needed.
