1. What "start twice thing" are you babbling about? If you have problems running DOSBox, please refer to the Beginner's Guide.
2. That's a veeery "detailed" description of your problem... now tell us the exact error message!!! 3. If you mean you're trying to run a Windows port of the game, we can't help you with it. Please refer to its' FAQ or ask the developers. |

I've got a little question:
Anybody knows where I can get the cd version of FFE these days? Dl would be best, since shipping alone would cost me MUCH. I was desperate enough to try ebay, though the results were... quite unsatisfying. Help? |

Has anyone been able to actually get this game to work in Dosbox 0.72?
The game starts and crashes after the intro screen and it doesn't work on teh second go like the review says. I know there is a java windows fix but it sounds terrible and doesn't look as nice as the dos version. I can't tell you the error message because I get that message in a huge font and so it scrolls off the dosbox window. I have been able to get every other game to work just not this one. I checked to make sure my sound settings in the game and in dosbox.config file were the same and they are so its not an issue there. I tried loadfix but that doesn't work either. I don't know whats the problem and I am hoping that other have solved the problem and could help me. (I have already posted on the tech thread but was hoping someone here had specific knowledge as to what the issue.) |
