*doesn't fall for it and simply ignores bad spelling*
What does that have to do with being smart? I wasn't picking on her, it's just that that sort of thing is hilarious when you first see it, but it's a lot less funny when you see if for the fourth or fifth time on the same forum. Does nobody read old discussion threads?

Would you bother reading a thread that no one has posted in for a couple of weeks?

And besides it wasn't really funny the first time, it was amazing but not exactly funny.

Reading old topics is like like reading yesterday's newspaper imo.
About the original post, I thought it was pretty interesting and kind of odd. It really demonstrates how the mind automatically calculates things for you, so you don't have to consiously think everything out.

The question is: can you read this?

If you can't, try pulling the corner of your eyes.
Yes...

I've only read one old thread, it was from about early 2004 when there were only about 60 or so members. Can't remember what it was about though, but it's the only one.

On a few boards I've modded, we made lurking into a requirement, just so newbies would get a feel for the place before jumping in. I dunno how if it would help in this situation, but, yea...
