I am probably biased saying this, but I never managed to play a single Sierra game without encountering a bug or a crash, or a random problem.
Sierra for me always been synomym of bad code and execution and, unfortunatly, by extention I also have a tendancy to avoir european games whatsoever. |

Oh ya, Monkey Island....sorry, I automatically think Star Wars when I see anything "lucas". Uhhh, I honestly can't say, I've only played one King's Quest game, and no Lucasarts adventure games except Grim Fandango (is that them?) which was really good, but I don't think I've played enough to honestly choose between the two.

First thing I think about is Indiana Jones, the movies that is. But it has to be Lucas Arts.
Did Sierra close down or get bought out? Either way all they have is Counter Strike now, pfft, not worth nothing that is. Although Lucas Arts only got Star Wars now, but it's much more enjoyable. |

I have lots of fun memories of playing Sierra adventures, but LucasArts wins my vote.
But, they are both GREAT!

Yeah Sierra got bought out by Viendi Games or however ya spell it, and well Lucasarts makes too many star wars games now a days anyway, that's their problem, leaving their adventure roots behind for shame. :not_ok:

I think Sierra is controlled by Vivendi Games. [/b][/quote] Last time I checked, Sierra did not HAVE Counter-Strike, that is a free mod produced by two guys on their own free time. And saying it means nothing is completely foolish, I think more than tens of thousands of people would disagree, and even if you don't agree that the game is good, that many players means it IS worth "something" no matter whether you like it or not. All they own is the buggy Counter-Strike Zero, which no one bought anyway.
