I like Anime. I saw both Vampire Hunter D and Nina Scrolls and liked them also Blood the last vampire was great but a little too short. I own a few Anime DVD's like Akira (which is the best Anime ever made I.M.O.) and Tokio Babylon (which in retrospect was not the best buy I ever made).
I have to agree with Stroggy a little though. A lot of what is beeing made now-a-days is a little bland but then so are most movies made in hollywood or elsewere for that matter. Only the best stays with us.

True, most series and movies are bland.
But Anime really reaches the 'Friends' kind of bland. yes, I hate 'Friends' and I laughed when I saw all those people mourning the passing of that happy-go-lucky abomination. good riddance

LOL, I have all the friends seasons on DVD except the last one. I love Friends. The latter seasons are not as good as the first though.

I like anime. My most fav one is .hack//SIGN and .hack//Legend of the Twilight Braclet.
As you can see I love .hack series. Other animwe I like is: Final Fantasy Unlimited and Star Ocean EX. |

somebody I know once forced me to watch Gundam, Full Metal Alchemist and Cowboy Beebop.
needless to say I didn't really like any of them.

That's not my kind of Anime either but there is much better. AKira is the best. Very violent and very eighties.
