I love this game. One of my favourite things about it is the music (especially the tune that plays over the credits screen when you die). It's the reason I bought an AdLib at the time and the first thing I tried out when I got an MT-32. It's brilliant even with a PC speaker.

The PS2 remake isn't nearly as good, even if the graphics are much better.

Hi, I have this game running on a Win98 system. I chose to run it in DOS Mode, but i cannot figure out how to quit the game without rebooting. Every time I do so it starts the game instead of Windows... I've tried the obvious like Esc, Ctrl-Q and Ctrl-C but none seem to work. Any help?

Has anyone ever gotten past the last level? I've managed it, but only on an XT, I think, when things were slow enough that you could dodge the lasers! Maybe once on my 386 too... But anything faster than that, including dosbox, is just impossible.

I suppose I could slow down dosbox....
