I don't know a particularly scientific reason for it, but most CD players seem to be very picky about it.

Use Daemon Tools from the utilities section. Or just burn the CD images with any decent burning application.

It's easy, sgtboat. ISO is just a file extension, like exe, com, etc.

Think of an ISO file as a package that's got all the files & folders of a cd or dvd.

All you need now, is a virtual drive. There's lots of free ones out there.
That Daemon is good, I use MagicISO 'cause it's free, small package and easy to use.

If you want that one just Google "MagicISO"

So....get the virtual drive file.

Install & run it. You'll see the icon, assuming you're using Windows, at the bottom right of your screen.

After you've downloaded the game ISO file(s), unpack 'em & put 'em in a folder.

Right click on your MagicISO icon. (All virtual drive software works pretty much the same)

A menu will pop up. Go to the top that says Virtual cd/dvd drives.

You'll see a drive letter - usually k - and it'll say "no media"

Click on that...a sub menu will appear.

Click on "Mount"

A window will open. Go to where you put your ISO file. Click on the file, then okay.

If you have auto run turned on, the installation will start in a few seconds.

If the game has more than one ISO files, and you see the "Please insert disk 2"

Right click on the MagicISO, or whatever you're using.

Go to the top of the menu.

UnMount that first cd/dvd disk.

Then Mount the second ISO file in the same drive letter.

That's it.

If the game requires you to have the CD in the "drive", just leave whatever disk, or iso they want there.

Hope that helps.
