Ooooo they made Seek & Destroy. Too bad $15 is way to much for that game. I'll just find it somehow and not pay a cent!

There is no way that Epic will release their Sold games by a petition, due to the point above. People signing a petition shows how many wants the games, that are available for sale. After a while some of them will get so desperate that they will buy the games.

And there is no reason to make a petition about One Must Fall, as that is already freeware.

All in all, the only titles you can try to influence them to release are the games that go under the definition of abandonware. 9 games in total.

I don't want to sound like a pessimist, but Epic is a bad company to begin with. All of their games are available, either as AW, Freeware or Sold.

It would be much better to start a petition against companies like Bethesda, Eutechnyx and Team 17 - as they protect all of their games, regardless of age, status and whatnots. It doesn't matter that they don't sell or support their games, they actively fight sites that hosts their games, no matter what. So all of their games will in the end disappear entirely from the scene.

Does anyone else see the irony in asking a company to release a product for free by demonstrating the potential market size?

Exactly, so let's massively not sign the petition, perhaps it works.
