I started to like trash and death, what I never loved before. I don't know why...
Something like Fear Factory, Arch Enemy. Also I like to listen Nightwish, Therion. And my earlier preferences also there: The Beatles ( ), Led Zeppelin and so on.

Only one moment i defend Metallica because i like very much, but i also like queen, pink floyd, nirvana, smashing pumpkings, megadeth, ramnstein, and outhers. :w00t:

I don't prefer Oldschool-Metal like Metallica that much. For sure it's good and rocks sometimes. But I can't hear it a long time without switching to other music. I prefer more bands like (Just as an example) AILD or The Agony Scene (both play Metalcore), Hammerfall (Yeah! So cool ^^) or Nile (Deathmetal).

Right now myself I'm listening to a lot of Dream Theater, such a great prog metal band, all talented, but also branching out listening to some more like Sonata Artica, Kreator, Iced Earth, Symphony X, Blind Guardian.

And best part on Feb 4, going to see Sonata Artica here, then March 6 Kreator and Napalm Death come here then the day afterwards Opeth is here, going to be a killer next couple of months.

I never had listen before the Napalm Death, but reacently i listen and like it, you have the luck to see them on stage.
