Shadows over Riva won't even work well under DosBox, as it's too slow there. It needs at least Pentium 100 to run smoothly and DosBox emulates only up to an 486DX4 100 with the more fast PC's today, speak at around 14000 CPU cycles maximum, which isn't fast enough for Shadows over Riva. Well, unless you the entry in the dosbox.conf from core=normal to core=dynamic which should allow to at least double the CPU cycles. Didn't try that yet, though.

I can answer Tom's query about importing your Blade of Destiny party to Star Trail. Simply copy your final Blade game, (where it says "Which game do you want to save) after the final battle, to your save game directory in Star Trail. First time you load the game in Star Trail, it will say "Game Successfully Converted". Hope that helps.

I have a query for you. After the patch is installed (I'm playing with the original Cd based game) do you load your game, or do you have to run the patch? I t used to work, but on the Disk based game. That was in DOS. I 'm now using Windows 98SE. Hope this makes sense, that I'm not babbling total nonsence, and you or someone knows what to do. Because I'm currently playing with the "Baby Heads". :Titan: :help:

Personally I have never imported characters, so I can't help you. I only know it is possible. But it also makes the game too easy. It's like playing the game in GOD MODE. Simply no fun at all.

If I try it, there's always the message "can't find patch file" and the crack doesn't work too.
