I confess I'm a bit busy this morning, and haven't read through the previous 12 pages, but if you're still looking for volunteers, I am English (not that that is any particular guarantee of proficiency in the language!), got A's in English Lit. and Lang. in high school, and worked as a proof-reader for a small company for a year or so back in 2006.
Love the site, be happy to volunteer some free time.

Default Finally, my anal-retentive nature pays off.
I got so excited when I replied, I had to re-do my submission. Then, because it was bugging the hell out of me, I had to go and edit the message I got from the Abandonia crew, because IT had errors in it. Please, let me in...
