I don't know why those guys at apogee still hold on their old games. Although most of them are great, they can't be of any financial matter any more.

Btw, does anyone remember Caverns of Kroz and it's followups? I found this one at Apogees Homepage:

Ecstatica 2 is as far as I know abandoned and..... *runs to look at the size*.... is too big for the site. 82 MB (rared).

The official maximum size for a game here is at around 30 MB. Sometimes it can be 40 too. And very rarely, if the game is worth it, it can be up to 50 or 60.

Just as long as they are Abandonware.

Games that are under 32 MB will be added to the main site.
(Exceptions will be made for games that are just incredibly awesome, like Crusader).

Games that are over 32 MB goes into the VIP part of the site.

FTP access is not for admins exclusively. FTP access to the actual page IS, but every contributor can get his/her own directory into which he can upload reviews, games, screens and some personal stuff
