You can't save! You have about 70min to escape, save princess and defeat sultan! k:

ESC - pauses the game, any key to continue
CTRL+J - choose a joystick control. The game will be calibrated anew for the joystick
CTRL+K - choose a keyboard control
CTRL+R - end the game and return to the title sequence
CTRL+A - starts the game from the beginning of the current level
CTRL+S - the sound will be switched completely off. To switch it on again, same key combination
CTRL+G - save the current game on HD
CTRL+L - press it during the intro sequence to load a last saved game
CTRL+Q - quit the game and return to Dos / Windows / DosBox
SPACE-button - shows, how much time remains yet

Have fun yet.

this game sucks!
you can't time your jumps properly and just fall down stupid ledges and then you play the level from scratch over and over and over again. and instead of running and jumping as in episode 1 most of the time you have to crawl under hackers or fight floating heads and snakes. boooring

what a let-down compared to pop1!

and about the heads and the snakes...totally true...but that`s why the game is so more difficult then part 1

try alt+o and it will open a shell, at least in my version does! after a lot of search : )

Did you know that after level 10 you can turn into the shadow from PoP1? All you do is turn left then right and repeat until shadow pops out. (You need to have 9 life bottles though in order to become shadow or prince will die and it takes away 7 permenant life bottles and you cant enter the level door without prince's body , but the perks are that you cant die you can fall from 1000 storys and live, you can still take out your sword and kill anything that gets in your way, you can walk through gates and that pretty much sums it up). P.S you at the end of level 13 you can become flaming shadow but you need eleven life bottles. and to get back into prince's body just go to it and press down and voila! your a mortal again.

big problem with cheat mode!

when i play the game with "prince makinit",
everytime i keep pressing the left-cursor, prince loses his lives rapidly.

what shall I do?

what the hell are the controls for this game can someone plz tell me?????

and same with prince of persia 1, theres no manual.. whats the controls?
