Never gonna experince it...there are no online classes in my country, but in my opinion it would be harder because you cant discuss with your classmates

There is a forum, similar like here, which is used for discussion. Also you can use email to talk to your classmates.

Reason I dislike this is that it's true that it require much more work then regular class. We had to log 5 days a week to blackboard and post at least couple of comments. Sometimes you posts stupid things, just to let other know you are around...

Also testes are much harder, and timed.

Timed blackboard tests hurt. I've only taken one so far, but GAH! Timed anything always makes me nervous.

Well, I think online classes are a good option for people who are working, for example.

My school has few courses like that (it's called Angel :angel: ). I've never taken any of them, but I think I might take sociology that way next semester.

But taking an online class takes a lot of time. My dad tried it few years ago, but he was too busy with work, so I always ended up doing his homework :blink:
So he quit.

Here in Iceland, we don't have any special online schools. Just few colleges and uni's that offer classes.
