I dont know
I just assumed coz it just doesnt give u anything and its not an easy fight!
You actually get the "Faith Scroll" after successfully battling it. The text says "A useless parchment..." - the 3 dots at the end are already a quite good hint that it's obviously not that useless as it's said to be. But I have no clue where to use it! Does anybody know?

Guess I'll send an Email to Delita...
Maybe its a technique scroll for that guy and his master....Fuban.

It doesn't work. in the starting cut-scene, after those two soldiers talk, when the image goes back to space it crashes :"File Earth Not found" or something like that! * * * * * * * *
I'm having the same problem. I downloaded the game from here and from its native site. Both times the game goes on the fritz right after the scene in the intro clicks from the people trying to capture the group in space where it says "File Earth not found."

I'll try downloading a couple of more times, who knows... maybe it'll work.
If you get it right....just let me know...post here

 :ranting:
The spelling... is atrocious. Consistiently so. There is a difference between there, their, and they're, loose and lose, and contractions have apostrophes. Also... questions have question marks... but not here.

If these ever get fixed, I'd be happy to redownload. Until then... guess I'll put up with it.

Not withstanding the religious war:

This is a fun game. The story is fun - but not so complicated and melodramatic you get headaches - the game play is easy without being boring - I don't like having to be a genius just to walk about/ fight a battle. This is a game - meant for fun and relaxation.

I do agree that the leveling up needs to improve. I'm at the stage where my characters are good enough they beat almost all monsters easily so aren't improving - but the boss kills me - and I have no way to make my char's get strong enough to beat him.

The spelling and grammar (and cheesy characters) reminds me of the first FF type games I ever saw...on the sega they were like this - it feels right. Think of it more as a nostalga trip rather than - where's the logic... All games fail on that one

As a good game for games sake - is fairly basic - maybe a 2 or 3 - but just for chuckles and clever plot the 5 is good - and it doesn't mater if it's been done before.

But I'm stuck. How does one beat Cid Metzal? He keeps casting might and it's got to the stage where he practically kills me in one hit and oura's higher than I can damage him!

Help?

...Ice Planet?

...Samurai Girl? (blue? The only blue girl is motor and she's an android carrying heavy weapons Are we talking about Endless Nova or another FF game?

<confused> The only one allowed to fight cid is Deren (is a stupid one on one duel) so getting a spell for one of the others wouldn't help.

As for getting protect.... that sounds like a good idea... whats the best way to do that?

Sorry if they're dumb questions - First FF game I've played yanno...

Great achievement.

But if this guy made the game in his spare time, then he sure had a lot of spare time. Why doesn't the guy go and work for a game company?
