I remember playing the game as a kid, as well. Don't know what became of it, probably sold at a rummage sale. In any case, aside from Stoker's evocative descriptions playing off the imagination, the fact that things can go down hill so fast likely contributed terror it made you feel. This being back when combat in games was generally an activity to be avoided, unless absolutely necessary.

In any case, I was wondering, does anyone know/remember the character goals? Dr. Seward is actually my weak link. I kept getting 70 for him do to my inability to keep Renfield alive (despite the best efforts of Mina and Dr. John Seward trying to talk him down), and now that I have prevented his demise that only brings Seward's score to 90. That elusive 10 points is starting to bother me.
