Trouble with anti-copy starmap test? In those old days a friend of mine and me played this game and liked it so much that most times we didnt need to check on starmap to enter the game. Its not so hard, maybe i didnt pass everything on school but u can bet i knew where stars were

In hyperspace, no less. Won't do you a bit of good until we make the jump to hyperspace, but when we do you're our man.

There should be a new archive up now that asks for nothing, and all you have to do is hit ENTER to move on. You see a star, but it has no coordinates.

There are many starmaps in the net. The remakes of this game got many popularity so the maps arent rare things. Look for them in google.

OK, I skimmed the info, but I'll try looking for a space station.

Mr. Wallet, everything is like guesst said, but the only thing you must do is NOT skipping the intro, it's part of the story. If you watch it, then act accordingly, and then subsequently pay attention to what you're told during the game, and act accordingly and so on, there's no way for you to get lost. If you're not going to pay attention to this game's story then don't skip the story, just don't play the game, because there will be no game left--and it's such a *great* game.
[/b]
I find this extrmely ironic. Had I skipped the incredibly-slow-moving intro, I wouldn't be so terrified of the forces capable of taking down future Earth. :wallbash: As soon as I got the slaver-orb message, I was determined to get the hell out of dodge and seek help. I never did manage to beat more than 2 of those crystal-dude ships per attempt. I just figured it was a really hard game. edit: that is to say, The story seemed to make it quite clear: GET AS FAR THE **** AWAY FROM EARTH AS YOU CAN BEFORE THEY TAN YOUR HIDE, YOU FOOL!

errr..... no, you should build up your strenght by mining nearest possible to earth. Go to one of the big star to contact M (anybody should go to look how is a bigger star), with that you could get all the idea of the most of game.

Take strength, soldier, you are to save the Earth, not your lowly hide! If you stay away from Earth it's then when you're lost, because it's in the station over there where you can recover. Your only choices are either to fight or to perish ... or not to play the game

HINT: You're not supposed to defeat every crystal-dude in the galaxy -you couldn't no matter how hard you tried. There's another way around it, just follow the storyline and in the meantime bear with those lowly bastards, they're very annoying.

The sylandro probes act as the games random monster encounters all over. And they aren't that hard to beat, just be sure to *spoiler block on (highlight to read)* stop by pluto, little purple planet on the eastern end of the furthest out orbital, *spoiler* to get your silver bullet and you can just about beat anything that comes along with a little practice (and a few reloads)

Here's a great hyperspace map, with pretty much everything, including location of quest items:

Why aren't you people playing with the remake of UQM? It combines the best from the different versions (3DO, PC) and I found it a lot more enjoyable.

Nobody said that people here aren't playing it, but it's not featured in this site because Abandonia's about abandonware, and UQM is freeware. As a matter of fact, it's featured in Abandonia Reloaded.
