For the games for hosting which we have obtained permission from the copyright owners, it would be good to have a "Permission granted by..." icon. Would clear up some things (like, with ESA... *shudder*).

Bypassing the ESA and going to the companies probably wont work. They joined the ESA for a reason.

Uh, for non-ESA companies, don't you tend not to ask, but rather just see if its sold?

I know that in a number of cases we have been asking for permissions. Would be nice to know that we actually have the copyright owner's blessing to distribute a particular title, wouldn't it?
