UFO: Aftermath is not part of X-COM series because developers don't have any rights to use those licensed names. The game itself iv poor, I've even finished UFO:A, but it was too short for a clone of X-COM and i felt like i was playing some sort of alpha version of the game.

Interceptor was class though. And I believe the shooter was X-COM Enforcer, which was absolute balls.

They've also completely stolen half of my ideas for an X-COM boardgame, sadly. But they haven't got specialised Terrain armours! (I hope).

This game isn't bad.
People that say that just read some reviews and were like "OMFG!!1 DESE GUYS SUX"
The truth is that it was a very buggy game, it was unexcusable to release a game so fractured.

Play it with some patches and it's fine.

Enforcer wasn't bad, it was a average shooter that was bland cream.

Kinda like that weird vanilla, 5-5, straight creamy J, bring it to Foxy Brown.

Unhappy

I've heard somewhere (or read somewhere , maybe in a Gamestar magazine), that the original producers are making a sequel to the X-Com series, similar to the the first 3 episodes. I don't know however what type will it be: RTS or turn based. And it can be even a hoax. Have anyone heard something about it? Oh and of course it's not Aftershock .

I wish Dreamland Chronicles hadn't been cancelled (well, fallen apart really). The previews looked absolutely fantastic. :/
